Most Luminous Potential engagements are project-based. Before services begin, you’ll receive a clear scope of services and total project price.
Some services are offered at an hourly rate. When hourly pricing applies, you’ll know the applicable rate and expected scope before work begins.
If you request services beyond the original scope, you’ll be informed of the additional cost and asked to approve it before any additional work begins.
Before services begin, you’ll receive an invoice outlining the specific services, scope, fees, and payment terms, along with a Service Agreement outlining the general terms of the engagement.

You’ll know what you’re agreeing to before work begins.
Additional Services
Hourly rates may apply when you request services beyond the original project scope.
Additional services may include extended meetings, additional documentation review, consultations, school communication, documentation preparation, or other support not included in the original project.
Additional services are never added without your knowledge. You’ll be informed of the additional cost and asked to approve it before the work is performed.
Payment
Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, and Zelle.
Your invoice and Service Agreement will identify the specific services, scope, fees, and payment terms for your engagement.

Payments made through Stripe or PayPal are processed securely through their respective payment platforms. Zelle payments are processed through Zelle and the participating financial institution. Luminous Potential does not receive or store your full payment card or bank account information.
