Alysia was a Content Facilitator for pre-service corps members. This role is the first introduction brand new corps members have to pedagogy and how to think critically as an instructional leader in their classroom. Alysia handled this role with grace and expertise, navigating large groups in a virtual environment. Her extensive educational background helped her guide corps members in a way that was understanding of their level of development, but targeted in what they needed to learn from her sessions. Her skillful facilitation skills engaged corps members and created a safe space where they could learn from her and one another.
