At Luminous Potential, we believe every
learner has the capacity to grow,
thrive, and discover their unique strengths. Our mission is to help students, educators,
and families unlock that potential through personalized guidance, research-informed
strategies, and meaningful learning experiences.
Luminous Potential was founded by an educator with more than a decade of experience
across diverse educational settings. Her work has included roles as a classroom teacher,
instructional coach for gifted and talented (GT) educators, school administrator—including
service as a principal—and executive leadership within an educational technology startup.
This breadth of experience spans public, charter, and private schools, including
Title I campuses serving diverse student populations. These perspectives inform
a practical, student-centered approach that connects classroom realities with
strategic educational innovation.
Whether supporting students through academic coaching and planning, helping families
navigate educational pathways, or working with schools to strengthen systems and
instruction, our focus remains the same: building confidence, curiosity, and
lifelong learning skills.
